CIRCUIT INFORMATION

The VT Jr Grand Prix is a USTA New England Level 8 event. The results and year-end rankings are published on www.ustavermont.com and in the New England Yearbook. Tournaments offer singles in Boy’s and Girl’s 10s, 12s, 14s, 16s and 18s. Consolation rounds are held at the discretion of each tournament director.

Junior Grand Prix rankings point system. A participating player earns:
• 25 points per event entered.
• 25 points per match won.
• 50 points per event won.
After winning three Jr Grand Prix events, a player must move on to Challenger (Level 7) events. Check www.ustavermont.com for the 2008 schedule.

To earn a Vermont ranking a player must:
• Be a Vermont resident.
• Be a USTA member: you can apply
at a tournament or on-line at
USTA.com.
• Compete in a minimum of two
events.

Please note: VT Junior Grand Prix events
count only toward VT state rankings; they
do not count toward USTA New England
rankings.
